The L-shaped intersection leading to this plant is frequented by carts and equipment being transported by plant personnel, and we were concerned that a collision might occur someday. Therefore, we installed mirrors. After installation, we were able to see people coming from blind spots on both sides of the intersection, allowing for safer passage. Additionally, we installed mirrors in areas within the plant where pedestrians could be in blind spots. Safety measures mirror introduction case: Preventing collisions at restroom entrances!

Prioritizing safety, a mirror has been installed at the entrance of the relevant restroom! Case study of FF mirror installation (Shibuya Cast).

We would like to introduce a case study of the 'FF Mirror Passage (for left and right use)' handled by Komi Corporation, implemented at Shibuya Cast. During on-site patrols to identify hazardous areas in the facility, we witnessed a "near miss" where a customer almost collided with another person near the entrance of the restroom. In the installation process, adjustments were made such as selecting "large mirrors that are easy for the elderly to see" and ensuring "that people can be seen in the mirror from a child's perspective." We would like to introduce a case where Komi Corporation's "FF Mirror for Elevator Cages" was implemented at the Adachi Medical Center affiliated with Tokyo Women's Medical University. The center's elevators have wider entrances than usual, which made it inconvenient as people waiting for the elevator at the entrance could not be seen from the control panel. After installing the mirror, it became possible to see people waiting for the elevator at the entrance from the control panel. By pressing the "Open" button, it allows for consideration of those getting on, helping to prevent anyone from being left behind.
