[Mirror Introduction Case] The worry of collisions has disappeared with two mirrors!

Thanks to the two mirrors installed at the L-shaped intersection, there is no longer any worry about collisions.

We would like to introduce the voice of Tobu Energy Management, who introduced the FF mirror corridor. ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… Within our facility, there is a thermal supply plant that produces chilled and hot water to manage the air conditioning for the Tokyo Skytree area. The L-shaped intersection leading to this plant is frequented by carts and equipment being transported by plant personnel, and we were concerned that a collision might occur someday. Therefore, we installed mirrors. After installation, we were able to see people coming from blind spots on both sides of the intersection, allowing for safer passage. Additionally, we installed mirrors in areas within the plant where pedestrians could be in blind spots. The installation method is simply "stick it on," making it easy to implement, and the immediate confirmation of its effectiveness is a great benefit. Safety Measures Mirror Implementation Case: Collision Prevention in Support Facilities for People with Disabilities!

Near-miss and hazard prevention / Collision prevention: Users at home can be seen in the mirror, providing peace of mind! Here are examples of how staff burdens have also been reduced!

We would like to introduce a case where the mirrors we handle were implemented at the Oizumi Disability Support Home. For individuals with visual impairments, even a slight contact can be quite surprising compared to those without disabilities. Therefore, the staff were very cautious at corners to prevent collisions. To address this, we introduced the 'Super Oval,' which is suitable for collision prevention and near-miss situations. By installing the mirror, staff can now see the hallway from the staff station, allowing them to monitor the users. [Case Study] ■ Product Used: Super Oval ■ Customer Feedback - Staff can now see the hallway from the staff station and monitor the users. - The mirror provides reassurance by allowing staff to understand the walking conditions of the users. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Mirror Introduction Case] Safety Measures for Commercial Facility Backyards!

Installed in about 20 locations, including stores and backyards! The installation of mirrors has created a sense of security (for a certain commercial facility in Shibuya Ward).

We would like to introduce a case where the mirrors we handle were implemented in a certain commercial facility (located in Shibuya Ward). Due to the limited area, the facility has allocated a wide space for tenants, resulting in a narrow backroom. After opening, while surveying the interior, we identified several areas that posed potential hazards. Therefore, by utilizing the "rental system" and carrying several types of mirrors, we were able to implement measures in approximately 20 locations, including both the store and the backroom. In particular, the backroom often requires transporting goods with carts, making the need for mirrors quite high, and it was felt that their installation provided a sense of security. [Case Overview] ■ Products Used: Lami / Lami Corner ■ Effect: Installation created a sense of security *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Mirror Implementation Case] Avoiding Conflicts Among Employees with Mirrors

Of course, it is effective in avoiding collisions between carts and people, as well as preventing collisions between employees! (Tobu Town Solamachi)

We would like to introduce a case where the mirrors we handle were implemented at Tobu Town Solamachi. The installation locations were specifically chosen based on feedback indicating "there have been feelings of collision risk" at 11 spots. Although there are distribution boards at the end of the aisles, we were able to install the mirrors in suitable positions without the need for construction. After installation, we have heard that all 30 logistics staff members are consciously looking at the mirrors. Additionally, since they are installed at eye level, they catch the attention of tenant employees as well, effectively helping to avoid collisions among staff. [Case Overview] ■ Product Used: FF Mirror Aisle (Left and Right) ■ Effect: Contributes to improving safety in the back yard *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

In particular, there were one or two locations in each store where collisions could easily occur, such as areas connecting the kitchen and the dining area, where interactions between employees and customers might happen. To address this, we installed our "FF Mirror Corridor." Some employees even said, "It changed our perspective" after seeing this mirror. The number of collisions has decreased, and the effect has been tremendous. Case study of safety measure mirror installation at the U-shaped curve of the men's restroom entrance!

Safety measure mirror with privacy consideration, featuring a blurred finish! Case study of installation at the U-shaped curve of the men's restroom entrance (Hasutopia, Hasuda City Cultural Center).

We would like to introduce a case study of the 'FF Mirror Awareness' handled by Komi Corporation, which was implemented at the Hasutopia Cultural Center in Hasuda City. In the men's restroom of the facility, the entrance curves in a U-shape, often leading to people almost colliding with each other when entering or exiting. When we wanted to take measures to address this issue, we discovered a collision prevention mirror in a commercial facility's restroom. After searching online, we found this product. In addition to the effect of providing a vague reflection, we intentionally installed it at a slightly lower position to avoid showing faces, allowing us to prevent collisions while considering privacy. 【Overview】 ■ Product Used: FF Mirror Awareness ■ Effect: Enabled collision avoidance while considering privacy *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

For preventing near misses! It has become a habit to check the mirror! There have been cases where the risk of collisions has decreased (Citizen Customer Service).

We would like to introduce a case where "FF Mirror Presence," handled by Komi Corporation, was implemented at Citizen Customer Service. The company had a situation where the entrance and exit of the restroom created a blind spot, leading to potential collisions between people entering and exiting. Although they had displayed caution signs, they felt limited by this approach as people became accustomed to the signs. After installing the mirror, people began to stop momentarily when entering and exiting the restroom, which eliminated the risk of collisions. Case study of safety measures: Introducing mirrors to prevent collisions among preschool children!

Safety measures, collision prevention: A case where children have started to move slowly while checking with mirrors to ensure no one is coming (Kawasaki Kyoritsu Kindergarten).

We would like to introduce a case where "FF Mirror Passage," handled by Komi Corporation, was implemented at Kawasaki Kyoritsu Kindergarten. Two mirrors were installed in the building that houses the senior class. We chose the "FF Mirror," which does not protrude even when installed at the eye level of the children, eliminating concerns about them bumping into the mirror. Before the mirrors were installed, there were instances of children colliding with each other, but after the mirrors were put in place, the children could see if someone was coming, which has significantly reduced the occurrences of collisions.

Safety measures, monitoring: A case where it became possible to confirm children in blind spots using mirrors (Pinocchio Nursery Roka Nursery School).

We would like to introduce a case where Komi Corporation's products, "Rami," "FF Stand Mirror," and "Fork Exit Mirror," as well as the "FF Mirror Corridor," were implemented at Pinocchio Nursery School Roka. There were instances where children would run out into the street, and various measures had been taken, but since the installation of the mirrors, it has become easier to quickly check for safety. The mirrors installed outdoors have led to the introduction of indoor mirrors, which can also be used to address blind spots within the facility. Previously, there were concerns about not being able to see the children in blind spots, but after the installation of the mirrors, it has become possible to check on children in those areas from a distance, providing peace of mind.
